Hanna Nail

I had made 2 appointments, one for a pedicure (polish only) and one to have artificial nails put on. I got my polish only pedicure and waited ... and waited ... and waited for them to start doing my artificial nails. When asked why I was still waiting, they said they wouldn't do my nails, that my nails (my own nails) were so pretty. I can't believe this. I mean ... I HAD made an appointment to have my nails done because I was going out and wanted my nails to look nice . . . and she wouldn't do them? I was stunned! Why did I have to wait almost 3 hours only to be told that they wouldn't do my nails? Walk ins were taken while I was waiting yet I, who had an appointment, had to wait and then not serviced at all? I would not go there if I were you.
