Barrhaven Vacuum Centre

Yes I did hate this store. Dropped off my vacuum for repair under warranty at this store. Clerk and owner were absolutely unknowledgeable and lazy. After a few unanswered emails, I stopped in two weeks later to find out that they had done absolutely nothing with the vacuum. When I noted that i really needed it, the lazy clerk behind the counter who would not even get up told me to take it somewhere else then. They lack skill, knowledge and their attitude is less than professional. If you want good service, DON'T GO THERE. They will keep your vacuum for a few weeks and do nothing. HORRIBLE SERVICE from lazy, unprofessional people.
