Unprofessional company! Nightmare to deal with. Unorganized, condescending, slow to respond and do not seem to know the law. You never get the same answer twice. If you make the mistake of signing anything with these people, remember that the Ontario Landlord and Tenant Act takes precedence over any lease or agreement you may have made.
