Again Fielding has gone above and beyond what customer service is about. They rescued us off the 401 on a trip to Ottawa for a funeral. Provided us with a loaner and had us on our way in a timely fashion. We're out of towners but they made us feel like family . Unlike the local Kia dealership who couldn't care about our situation.
