Cataraqui Pet Grooming

I've seen this business because its across from Wal-Mart. I went there today to get my dog groomed, getting the appointment was fast. I'm sure this grooming salon has a bunch of different packages depending on breed of dog like bath, brushing, clip, scissoring. Today I walked out spending $58 including tip and wasn't happy at all with the outcome. The haircut was very lopsided and choppy and looked like something that could of been done at home. I called back into the shop once I had got home and given my dog a good look and they took her right back in and fixed her right up! also the worker gave my dog her next groom for free! I think that is a great way to take responsibility for a job not so well done by a different coworker.I think the business could improve the training of staff to make sure that all dogs leave without having to return. I would recommend the business to others because the lady who corrected my dogs groom went above and beyond!
