old world deli in a hidden part of vancouver. wow, this place is a must goto. the smoke beef tenderloin is so good. walk into this tiny store and the smell of smoke cured meats hits you like a cement truck, it's too bad you can't bottle this stuff. next look forward and see a deli case full of goodies, now stop breath in and look up, hundreds of hanging smoked ribs, tenderloins and sausages. this is the only place i know where they will only make enough sausages for the day, once they are done, that's it. so get up early and come here. get a pound of this and a few pounds of that. nothing here will disappoint. they only downside is they take a few weeks of here and there and close the whole shop. so don't be disappointed to find the doors closed on occasion.
