I would never deal with this agency again if it were the last one on earth.The staff is unprofessional and disorganized. I got the distict impression that they weren't in it to assist me it was all about the employer in question which is not a positive thing for those using the service.They calculated my wages wrong and were not apologetic in the least for it when I questioned it.Instead of having the regular 3 month period in which the employer cannot hire you they have a longer period which keeps you in a low paying position without any chance of benefits for even longer.They embellished the information they gave me regarding the employer who was hiring,upon starting it took about 15 minutes to realize the truth. I stayed with them for a very short time after realizing things had been manipulated and when it came time for T4's they refused to mail it and made me go out of my way to go to their office and get it.A few weeks after I picked it up they called me to tell me my T4 was waiting for pickup????
