AVOID the Kitchener (Courtland Ave.) location at all costs. It is a scam run by two people called Mary Halper and the owner Steve. Steve is an unethical salesperson that yells and physically attacks customers when things don't go his way. Steve's business practises are illegal, tantamount to robbery, and he assaults his customers. It's a wonder this shack is still in business. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
