Since having used Sounsamsation for our wedding on July 20, 2018, we have heard it went out of business and S will not be reimbursing it's customers who booked future dates with him. We used Soundsamsation's limo bus service for our wedding. Our first pickup was set for 12:45pm and at 12:45pm Sam called saying there was traffic. He didn't even give us a heads up that he wouldn't be able to make it. He ended up missing the first pickup completely but did pickup the at the 2nd. The drive to the church & later reception went as expected. When he dropped us off at the reception he asked for a tip. After explaining to him I could not warrant giving him a tip since he completely missed a pickup and didn't have the decency to tell us he'd be late or to plan ahead and give himself extra time taking into account traffic. He continued to insist that he must receive a tip arguing with me. If he starts his company up again I wouldn't advise booking through him.
