Al Dente Fresh Pasta

This is my absolute favourite restaurant in Brantford, Ontario. Though it is more upscale, with a wine tasting area in the back, the food is always ridiculously tasty. I went with my mom, sister, niece and grandma on October 1, and everyone enjoyed their meal. They serve Italian food, and always bring out a loaf of sourdough bread with dip that is so delicious. We always end up eating two. The spaghetti is simple but flavourful, and I enjoyed my trio of red wine tastings (they usually mix up their offerings with 3 white wines, reds, or beers). My niece loved her bruschetta and took the rest home for a snack. Mom enjoyed her chicken parmesean, and they offer the option of having veggies steamed instead of pan-fried, if you want to keep the calories down. Don't let the very "proper" seeming servers put you off. Go and enjoy the food, it's really great, even if the service isn't too friendlly.
