Pho Cao Van Vietnamese Restaurant

The pho is quite good at this place. I think the broth in their pho is very flavourful. However, this place has terrible service. They charge you extra for extra sauce, bean sprouts, anything, or if you order a combo and want to substitute a drink for a different kind of drink they won't (even if they are the same price). I don't really understand why, but it always irks me. If you like good vietnamese food and don't care about service, then this place will do.
