Having accepted their offer of automatically filling my propane tank, during the coldest part of the winter, they let my tank run out. Then, when I ordered an emergency fill, the driver turned off the valve, filled the tank and then drove away without turning on the valve, or communicating that the gas was shut off. When I complained to the company, they told me that in the contract I signed, it said I am responsible to ensure the level does not get too low. Reviewing the contract, this is not true. When I pointed this out, and said they owed me an apology, they did not respond.
