These folks are the most unprofessional and disorganized group of people I have dealt with in my entire career. They use scare tactics to get what they want with new contracts which is completely unnecessary. I had some guy calling and threatening to repossess one of my brokers trucks because it was hauling dangerous goods without insurance? The truck hadn't even been plated or decaled yet let alone was it hauling anything. Save yourself some trouble and deal with someone else if you're financing a new truck to help you make a living. These guys are not good at customer relations at all!
