Pros: 2 men arrived within hours of calling them. Cons: -One man was condescending, the other disgruntled. -bill did not arrive for over 2 months. It was twice the cost it should have been. -was put/left on hold when I called them to address my issues, numerous times; disgruntled worker damaged lid to my septic. I had to hire someone else to fix it. -given the choice of working with me, or cashing my cheque and facing this review, they chose a negative rating; didn't even try to contact me.
