If you just need a plain hair trim/ cut/ style - for their asking price, this is the place to go...Obviously, if you need a fancy/ very stylish/ spend a few hours on your hair...hair cut, this is not the place to go...It's an in/ out hair cut...You get what you pay for! I did not have any problems with them. They speak in their own language during service..that goes on in many places of business, it's annoying & non-relaxing as it sounds jibber jabber to us...but, what can you do?...
