Flash Auto Glass

My car window was smashed and I needed it replaced. After calling a dozen or so glass repair shops, I settled on Flash. The price was about $20 less expensive than a big name (e.g. Apple, Speedy) provider and they offered mobile services. I was told they would arrive 'first thing' the next morning. I received a phone call at about 10:15 the morning of the repair saying they would be at my place momentarily. When I hadn't heard from them by 11:00, I called to check in. I was informed they would be at my place in 10-15 minutes. At 11:40, they still hadn't arrived, but I was assured "no problem 10-15 minutes". When noon came and still nothing, I called them again - this time no one answered. Frustrated, I started to call other repair shops - I was in the midst of scheduling my glass repair with another provider when the Flash rep. finally called and said they'd arrive in "7 minutes".
