Art Burke Housing Co-Op Incorporated

Art Burke Housing Co-Op is very shitty.they raise peoples rent all the time and where i used to live people smoke marijuana and drink alcohol and play loud music in front of children 2 to 17 years old every day please do not live here rent is too much and they raise it whenever they feel like,it should be illegal plus there is lots of gang activity.for the well being of your family please do not live there.the music is so loud it shakes my whole apt,and i lived across the small parking lot,i couldn't sleep sometimes.and sometimes the people are racist there,well not the owners or staff but people do who knows what else in there homes,probably other drugs.DO NOT LIVE THERE!!!!i have to put 1 star to submit review but i wish i could put -5 stars.
