Brrought my sewing machine in for repair. They quotred me approx. $110.00, said it would take about a week. I gave them the go ahead and paid a $10.00 deposit. After one week I called to see if my machine was ready and was told that it would take another two to three weeks. If they had told me it was going to take this long at the beginning, I would never have taken my machine there. Exactly three weeks after I dropped off the machine, they called to say that because of the age of the machine, the repair wouldn't be done unless I paid for it in full. What??? I was so frustrated. I told them not to do the repair, I would pick up my machine and take it somewhere else to be repaired. Two days later I went to the store to pick up my machine, but it wasn't there--apparently they send the machines to their downtown store to be repaired which I didn't know.
