DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CLOTHES. We learned this the hard way - we found out that they take your clothes off-site for work done. Which means that they do not take any responsibility for the work done. In our case, we took in a pair of pants to be mended and were SHOCKED when we saw what an awful job was done. The pants could NOT be worn again. When we spoke to the man who said he was the manager, he yelled at us and said that we should not have taken our clothes there and should have taken it to a tailor instead!!!! He also said "It doesn't matter what you said or if you come back because my business will always be here!" They have MOST DEFINITELY lost our business, and those of our neighbours and friends. If you actually care/like your clothes, please trust your belongings with another dry cleaner.
