One of those companies that when they become well known and get the money, they forget about the customers. I just wanted to get a quote and a very rude person did not hear me and just wanted to see my permit even before getting a quote. After insisting a lot for coming just for the quote, the guy wanted to push it for the next couple of weeks and needed me to be on site even when I told him that I will send him the approved design by the city and I cannot be there by the time he said. Felt like I myself am a seller and he is the client. Terrible experience with such trades and don't know why they got the Best of Homestars!!
