Its still ongoing but for now, there is a severely failed sealant at the chimney and they will not respond to fix it. Clearly the wrong type of sealant was used. The other biggest issue among several is that their WETT installer told me what to do with the hearth to get certification and once I did that, they told me it was wrong and I had to remove the tile to rebuild the framing and dimensions to suit, at my estimated cost of about $5000. I don't think the WETT installer was actually certified as I cannot find him listed on the WETT Certified Professional website and they are not providing evidence on request. I asked to speak to their new WETT installer but they aren't producing one. The showroom guys will be nice and helpful but once you sign up, don't expect the same. To be continued...
