I dont understand how this place stays in business.The information and advice the sales reps gave me regarding car audio was absolutely wrong. Madman was priced nearly $200 more than everyone else.I had it installed by them and they used the wrong dash kit and told me to come back another time to pay more for right dash kit. wires hanging out of dash. the competitors prices after install and a way better deck ( AND ONLY ONE TRIP) id still save $100 going to competitors with a deck that cost $100 more than one i have now. Madman use to be the place . . . when i was like 7 years old. they just cant compete now. if service was better maybe, but honestly service was the worst part about whole transaction.
