After carrying around a hammer in my old beat up Jeep to keep banging the starter from under hood & below vehicle, starter finally died. I thought making an appt to get it fixed would take a week or more. Darren Strutt at Roko said I could get it towed in on that Thurs morn. WOW! They had it fixed that same afternoon!!! NEVER have I experienced such fast service from a company before. Thoroughly impressed with the expertise knowledgeability, kindness, respectfulness & the smiles. You rock, Roko!
