In reply to the very negative comments about Dawn at HSBC...My husband & I have dealt with Dawn for years now too & she is always extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful & funny. I’m soooo not sure how these two reviews could possibly be so different. Dawn is always awesome to deal with. So are the other tellers for that matter. We would highly recommend the downtown Kamloops HSBC! Fabulous job ladies, ESPECIALLY Dawn!
