Best Friends Pet Supplies

For the most part the staff is friendly - although there is one female at the Bedford location who makes me turn around and go back later because she lacks knowledge, effort and desire to help customers. I enjoy this store as there is a marked lack of awful brands, and a focus on well sourced & nutritious foods for cats & dogs. The toys for sale in the Best Friends stores are also safe and durable brands. The store is conveniently located with plenty of parking. The only other frustration I have with this store other than the one employee is a lack of variety within brands - often several flavours are not available of the canned cat foods and with picky eaters this makes my shopping trips for them more complicated. I can't argue with their pricing though so I will definitely keep going back.
