i've had nothing but bad experiences with this company trying to get equipment fixed they either forget to order the parts or take months for parts to come in and then for them to come fix the broken equipment one time it took them up to 6 months to fix my medical bed where i had to sleep on a mattress on the floor bad enough being disabled and in a wheelchair
