Very bad customer service. They will lie to get your money. Don’t pay up front for your repairs. They took our phone told us it would be 2-3 hours and when we came back after 2 hours said it would be another 3 hours. At that point we went back and it still wasn’t ready. They told us it would be another 1.5 hours. They kept giving excuses for different parts they needed although it was just a cracked screen replacement they were supposed to do. Don’t waste your time. Go elsewhere.
