Do not bring your car here for repairs or anything else. My insurance company suggested this auto body shop. It took over a month for a simple repair I was told I would be contacted with an estimate, when the estimate was approved, when the repairs would be started. I did not get an update once. When I called to inquire about my car I got attitude about when the car would be completed and that I would receive a call when it is done. As if. My husband had to go in and ask about the car and all he received was "we are busy" I got the run around for 30 days. My insurance company told me it would be quicker to go through an Aviva approved garage. This is the worst experience I have had as a customer. If something is going to take longer you call the customer, explain, and apologize; VERY simple concept. I cannot write enough bad reviews to make it understood how awful this garage is. They changed the date of completion 4 times but only after I contacted them.
