Do not utilize this company for your appliance repair needs. You will be overcharged and they will withhold pricing information to trap you into paying them $280+hst for diagnosis (they say this includes labour for installation of any parts but this is often a flat out lie), followed up by a ridiculous markup on parts (not 20% or even 50%, they mark up parts 100-300%. They will also trap you into paying them $80 just for driving to your house if you cancel or change your mind regardless of whether you gave them notice or not.
