Merit Office Solutions LTD

This was the worst experience i have ever face with this merchant the owner has some thing wrong in his mind aggressive and do not care about customer services. I bought some chairs and file cabinet from him without negotiation the price and insist on him that i do not have any one to help me getting the stuff to my office and to charge what ever to do that and he charged me $150 for delivery even my office couple blocks from his warehouse and gave him the time and date he likes to deliver and to call me before he comes to open the door He did not call me and i was waiting at my friend office next to my office and called him to ask where he is he started to shout on me that i am late and he will not get the stuff into my office he through the stuff outside and i was alone with my little sun and it was raining and he told me the invoice says to the door not inside despite i insist before that i need it inside and start shouting.
