North York Tile has been in my home 12 times now over 8 months to resolve an issue with my master shower floor. It's still not fixed!!! The president is now involved and its still taking a week to get a response from them. I work in the new home industry with many trades and builders, understand things break and need to be repaired. These guys are terrible from the workmanship, to the lies, not showing up etc...etc...
