1) Unethical 2) Unprofessional and 3) Negligent These are the three words I have to describe this company. 1) Unethical: During a time of crisis my building called Insight Restoration to come into do an emergency inspection / restoration. During this process a THEFT occurred. A police report was filed 2) Unprofessional: After speaking with Igli Tafilica I was told that clean up would be conducted and I would not need a cleaning company and that my furniture would be restored. This was a lie - the place is a disaster and my furniture was not put in place 3) Negligent: Baseboards with exposed nails and wires were never secured. I am no expert when it comes to this industry, however I do have common sense. Leaving exposed nails with lose wiring around, to me is an act of negligence. I repeat 1) Unethical = Theft 2) Unprofessional = Lies 3) Negligent = Carelessness
