Dealt with Jeff Petruzella After I heard back today from the bank that my appraisal value came back from Jeff at $700,000, I’m not only insulted but I’m not sure how he came up with this appraisal value for remortgaging purposes, I have had numerous previous appraisals prior to this one done on the same home & one I managed to have a copy of back in 2010 was $660,000 & recently was $899,000 done thru the cibc bank while I was shopping rates which even the Cibc bank manager thought was low upon a discussion however it was at the very least in the low vicinity of the range, but Jeff currently at $700,000 is totally inaccurate & certainly can be challenged, let’s not forget it’s quiet undeniable how the Realestate took a jump since 2010, also not to mention the $400,000 in upgrades and 4 car garage addition done since that same 2010 appraisal, so instead of the bank increasing my line of credit, they might lower it in respect of Metrix evaluation. He was cold prejudice & impersonal.
