Abc Moving and Storage

What a JOKE I hired ABC moving and storage to load 2 U-Haul trucks and drive one across the border for me. I called U-Haul Moving help to hire them for the move. called two day before, the day before and the day to confirm that they are coming the did not answer and U-Haul tried a few times and nothing. The best part is the cancelled the order saying i did not call them to confirm. IF THEY DID NOT WANT TO DO IT THEY SHOULD HAVE CALLED ME TO LET ME KNOW!!!!! NOT LEAVING ME HANGING DON'T I WOULD NOT HIRE THEM IF THEY WHERE THE LAST MOVING COMPANY AROUND. so what should i rate them this thing dose not go negative rating. If I was going to hire to day I would hire Fred's Moving and Mohawk Moving & Storage I call to see if the could help and they sent guys to help...
