I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with this clinic's front desk and their lack of ability to schedule. My husband was scheduled TWICE to come at a specific time, like any other doctor's appointment. Each time, we were called in 45 minutes to one hour late. That is UNACCEPTABLE for any sort of service provider, whether you are a specialist or restaurant. As a courteous human being, we have took time out of our schedule and scheduled this appointment for a specific time. You should have the courtesy to do the same. This will definitely be the last time we will be coming to your clinic. If you like late appointments then you could consider this clinic. No bad review for the doctors there. ONLY the receptionist and their lack of knowing how to be a receptionist.
