Terrible customer service, no compassion towards customers, lack of common reasoning and professionalism!Bought our son a sumo wrestler costume that requires an internal fan to keep the costume inflated.On Oct 31,as we were getting ready for trick or treating,we realized that the fan was inoperable.My son and I rushed to the store at 5:58pm to return the faulty costume for an exchange.We met with the store manager,Shelly Wise,who requested proof of purchase.I explained to Wise that the receipt is misplaced,and due to time restraints with the store closing at 6:00pm,we left our home in a hurry.I advised Wise that I have proof that I did purchase goods from her store,and I accessed my personal banking statement via my cell phone that clearly indicated a purchase was made.Wise stated without a receipt, there was nothing she could do.I told Wise that "my son had personally chose the costume himself,just ask him yourself".Wise again stated there was nothing she could do.My son ended up wearing last year's costume.
