I'm so thankful I found mortgageforless and Nick Mitskopoulos. From the very beginning Nick was on the ball when it came to communicating with me. Whether it was via email or over the phone, Nick was quick to respond. He answered all my questions and made the whole process of finding a mortgage that met my needs easy and stress free. Nick really came through for me when my lawyer dropped the ball in communicating with me of my closing date .... which was in 5 days!!! I still had pending details and signatures that needed to be complete for the mortgage to be finalized by the bank. I called Nick right away and explained the situation....in his relaxed calm voice he was like let me get back to you. A few long stressful minutes went by and Nick called back and laid out a plan involving the bank, himself, the builder and the lawyer. I followed every step and was able to have my mortgage finalized and completed in 2 days!! I look forward to continue working with Nick and his team.
