We were promised a full refund during purchase and reassured a full refund 10 days after we returned the unused flooring. Promises made by the sales rep named Justin. After almost 2 months no return and now we are told Justin no longer works for the company and that what promised made by Justin will not be fulfilled by the company. David the "Director" of sales and marketing promised to call back but never did. Folks make your purchases elsewhere, these are dishonest people.
