Very unprofessional. My sisters car lost her brakes while she was visiting from Oshawa during Christmas Holidays. We called and they said they could work on it right away as she needed to get home. Perfect right? Wrong. They said they would call us at 2 to let us know. They didn't. We didn't get an answer when we called them so we went to the shop. It is closed. Our car is sitting outside covered in snow. Has not even been looked at. Now they have our keys in their locked office so we can't even take it elsewhere. Not impressed
