I made a report of bugs in my apartment. Took 2 weeks to schedule a treatment. First time they came they were 3 hours late. I had stayed home to give instructions, but he showed up and refused to spray because i was there. The word "refused", however, was printed on his sheet before he even showed up. I called to complain and had them come again, but they only treated for one type of bug, and only half the house. 3 days later bugs were traipsing around again, and my house is clean as a hospital. They are always LATE, RUDE, INNEFFECTIVE, LAZY, AND DISHONEST!! Don't call this company.
