The company’s founder Martin Walsh grew up in a rural farm setting. Working with dirt and rock is second nature to him, making the construction industry an easy transition for him at the early age of 16. With ten years of construction experience across Canada, Martin returned to his home roots in the Ottawa Valley. He then developed Walsh Contracting & Equipment Rentals Limited proudly serving the Ottawa Valley for over 25 years.
