Been going there for months doing pedicure with same lady. Had no issues, always tipped her. Today another B was doing pedi. She kept getting up and going to her phone, then doing my feet with phone at her ear. She gets up and gets her earbuds, gets up again and passes phone to her mother in law. Again she leaves my feet out of the water getting cold and goes to make calls on her phone. She does this 5 times, I’m watching the time go by. She comes back holding phone and doing pedi with one hand. I walk out. B follows me to my car saying I have to pay. I say pedi not complete and you can’t be on phone while attending to customer. She said her husband in Vietnam and she have to make 3 way calls. Another B2 comes out and opens my door 3 times after I close it. She takes down my license plate and says she gonna call the cops. I told her go ahead!!
