Wow what a disappointment these people are. I did not choose to deal with them, Reliance sent them over. Not only did they damage my home, but now they're not coming back to fix it. They put a huge dent in my drywall, damaged my drop ceiling, couldn't even put it back together, drove a screw through the ceiling into my ceramic tyle upstairs, and somehow managed to disable the light switch to the furnace room. I can't believe Reliance chooses to deal with them. I called yesterday and asked for them to come fix the switch, they said they would send someone over, I waited all day and no one showed up, what a surprise. If your staff is incompetant you should train them before sending them out on jobs!
