Unprofessional DO NOT USE!! This business took a large truck and ruined the front lawn while accessing the tank. The business blamed the client stating that client told the driver to back the truck up onto the lawn. They also stated that they have enough hose to reach the tank and had no reason to drive on the lawn and only did so at the request of the client. This is not correct as no homeowner would make such a request. This business was trying to cut corners and not have to pull extra hose out. When suggested that the client would expect the driver to know if the truck would damage the property the business stated they are truck drivers and don't know anything about the trucks or weight. After getting stuck the driver commented on the fact that the tires are awful and don't help. He then added weight to the back of the truck and drove the tires over 2 feet into the ground.
