Whoever deals with customer service and new clients called my company stumbling on his words, asking about *something* but I'm not sure what. Poor cell reception is to blame for the misunderstanding. I spoke up and explained I couldn't hear him through the poor reception, but it appeared as though he didn't hear me either, so I hung up the phone. He called back immediately and yelled at my office manager to say "I was going to offer your company a contract, but you offer SHITTY SERVICE" and hung up. If he had taken 2 minutes to try to hear out the situation rather than escalading to anger, I wouldn't mind. But this shows a lot about the person who deals with customer service within this company. Extremely rude and unnecessary, especially while attempting to pursue a new client.
