ISLAND VIEW APPLIANCE SERVICE

After no-showing the week before with no notice, Stuart of Island View came over to fix my washer on Monday and assured me that he would 'personally take care of me'. After removing some panels and turning off the power it seemed to be working, I paid him and he left. Right after I put a load into the machine and nothing happened. When I called to let him know that he hadn't actually fixed anything, I got no response. Another repair company came a couple days later and were able to tell me very quickly that they would not be able to fix the issue, but also had the good grace to not charge me for a service call. That's what customer service looks like.
