3 yrs. been customer, until my iPhone, not returned its been 22 mths, at month 6 I lost patience spoke to manager Massimo tells me the guy I worked with was “tenant” or “outsourced”; then he asked if I had seen pay stub or T4; he stated without that there was nothing they would do. I have written 50 emails, his last reply was; On Sep 2, 2015,: We don't have your phone- I said this from the very beginning. This is the last response that you'll be getting from me.
