There is a big sign that it costs $15.99 for women's haircut. I asked that guy whether it was the price when I stepped in, and he said yes. But after the hair cut was done, I was charged for a double. He claimed that the $15.99 is only for cutting an inch of hair. Didn't he see my long hair when he confirmed the price at the beginning? Totally dishonest! Stay away! This place doesn't even deserve a star. Avoid this place at all cost!
