we bought commercial Laundry washers. one of the washer broke down after 2.5 years. Their technician came three times but did not know anything about it. It has been one year and washer is still not fixed. Talked to every single Manager at pacific wholesale appliance but not getting anywhere. we are still out of one machine. Don't know what to do with this $5000 machine.
