If I could give minus 5 stars I would.. Had a alignment booked, showed up 10 mins before my time. He wasn’t there, but pulled in a few minutes later. We talked about the car for a minute then he asks “where’s your drive at” and I explained I just moved here I don’t know anyone to drive me “ and he says I don’t do that, people waiting.. and wanted to book it for tomorrow. I again explained we just moved here so I can’t get a drive. And then he said he can’t do it. A few things that bug me about this.. I took work off for this, I drove 30 minutes to have it done after I waited almost a week.. not only did I lose time and money, I have to book an alignment somewhere els and start this process all over again... wish he would have mentioned you need a drive because “I don’t do it, people waiting around” if you have to leave his property for the 20 minutes an alignment takes “if that” A little sketchy.. if you go to him, be prepared.
